USING AFFIRMATIONS

  • You can use affirmations to remove the boundaries of limiting thoughts.  An affirmation is a thought we use to reframe the way we look at things.
     

  • Affirmations are used to replace negative belief structures with positive thoughts.
     

  • Affirmations work by retraining the brain along new pathways.
     

  • It takes 21 days to create a new pathway in your brain.  It works to change the energy behind the thought.  If you don't give enough time for the affirmation to work it's magic then your brain will return to it's old pathways.
     

  • Affirmations should be simple, direct, easy to remember, positive and in the present tense.
